I have learnt the hard way that it is better to pay a lot of money for a good quality printer. My current one, purchased for £99 from Dell several years ago, is the most temperamental machine ever. It is so frustrating to use (especially the feed tray) that I often email stuff to my work account and print it from the office to save all the hassle!

This thing's a dream, Kim, by far the best printer I've ever had. Quiet, quick and, so far, very good. I dare say ink consumption will be the downside, but there's always the colour laser printer at work.....
